Frank Body Go Natural Challenge – Week 1

Hello Loves,

I am so excited to share that I am partnering with Frank Body this month by participating in their Go Natural Challenge. This August, and hopefully every month after August, everything that goes into and onto my body is going to be as natural as can be. I am not going to lie, this will be a lifestyle change for me. I am both terrified and excited.

For those of you that are unfamiliar with Frank Body, Frank Body is an Aussie skincare brand that uses natural and naturally derived ingredients in their products. They create the most wonderful scrubs, creams, and balms for your face, body, and lips. I have been using Frank Body for the past two years, and I can wholeheartedly say I am in love! I have seen a huge difference in the way my skin looks and feels.

I will be sharing my experience in going completely natural with all of you for the next four weeks via diary entries. Let’s get started!

Week One (Bathroom Detox)

This week, I focused on clearing my makeup bag of all products with toxic ingredients. To be honest, I do not wear a lot of makeup, and I have tried to buy natural makeup for the last year. That made this process a lot easier. I did not have too many products to clean out.

After laying out the products in my makeup bag, I used EWG’s Skin Deep Cosmetics Database to research each one. After researching all of my current products, I spent about three hours exploring Instagram + some of my favorite blogs until I finally found replacements for the few products in my bag that still had toxic ingredients. My new all natural products have arrived, and I LOVE them. I have linked everything in my new makeup bag below!

I encourage YOU to join the Go Natural Challenge! To help you get started, use the code GONATURAL for 20% off of the Frank Body Sweet Cheeks kit and/or the Original Introduction kit. You can shop the kits HERE.

I will write you next week from the kitchen!

With Love And Light,
Courtney
