Frank Body Go Natural Challenge – Week 2

I am back to tell you about my second week of the Frank Body Go Natural Challenge. Let’s get started!

Week Two (Kitchen Detox)

This week I focused on clean eating. I will admit, this was a challenge for me. I have been traveling nonstop this summer. With my busy schedule, finding time to cook meals has been close to impossible. Plus, if I am being honest, cooking has never really been my thing.

Once I learned that this week’s Go Natural Challenge focused on clean eating, I headed to Pinterest to find simple, healthy recipes to try. After planning my meals for the week, I went to my local farmers market to shop for fresh produce.

I have started to love my little cooking breaks. Breakfast is my favorite meal to make. Taking ten to fifteen minutes in the morning to focus on doing something good for my body has not only helped me physically, but mentally too.

I have listed a few of my favorite meals from this week below!
